Personalized Travel Planning
Travel differs for everyone, and every trip is unique! When you collaborate with a Travelology travel advisor, we customize every itinerary to match your preferences, interests, budget, and travel goals. Regardless of the trip or the destination, we have the resources, expertise, and experience necessary to make it a reality. We specialize in curating once-in-a-lifetime itineraries that create lasting memories. Our full-service travel booking includes: -A customized itinerary with accommodations tailored to your needs -Airfare, train, car service, and/or car rental arrangements -Ensuring compliance with destination-specific travel requirements -Additional planning services are available for dining reservations, spa appointments, tours, and excursions (added planning fees will apply) We specialize in various types of travel for individuals, couples, families, and corporate groups. Examples include: -Honeymoons -Group Travel -Sporting Events -Destination Weddings -Or simply a well-deserved vacation!
Consultation & Itinerary Design
We begin with a client intake form and a free consultation call to understand your travel needs and expectations. During this initial call, we will review your form responses and ask follow-up questions to better understand your travel visions. What are your needs, must-haves, and desires? This step ensures we are the right fit to bring your travel plans to life. We will then match you with an advisor best suited to your specific travel requests. During this call, we will also outline what to expect when working with us and review our planning fees. Once the consultation is complete, we will invoice you for the agreed-upon planning fees. After the payment is received, we will begin researching and curating your personalized itinerary. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you'd like during this phase. Due to high demand, itineraries typically take 4-5 days to complete, depending on the complexity. You will receive two customized itinerary proposals based on your requests, and once you select your favorite, we will refine it until it's perfect.
Finalizing & Booking Your Trip
Once your itinerary is finalized, we will handle all bookings for you. You will receive your confirmed travel details and final itinerary in your preferred format (online, PDF, or via our mobile app). Our support doesn’t stop there! We will stay in touch before, during (if any issues arise), and after your trip to ensure everything goes smoothly. Now, all you need to do is relax and enjoy your vacation!
Our Fees
We are professional travel advisors who provide full service. Our fees vary depending on the services provided, allowing us to provide you with the best possible service and personalized options for curating your travel experiences. We can arrange all types of international and domestic travel, including luxury accommodations, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, hotels, train travel, airfare, private jets, etc.
The fees listed above are estimates based on the typical services provided. However, we will disclose your personalized fees before services are provided. Our fees are nonrefundable.
